This restaurant is run by a couple and sits in the converted building Hesselhuset in Nyborg, surrounded by forest, beach and sea. The house was renovated thoroughly before the restaurant opened. The chef has worked at places including Falsled Kro, while the host, a trained waiter and sommelier, compiles the wine list. It has won several awards and is listed in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
