This studio is one of three in Copenhagen and offers yoga, breathwork, strength training, pilates and somatic movement in an intimate space. Classes range from short sessions, yin and gentle practice to mixed level, intermediate, prenatal, meditation and kirtans. There is also a teacher training programme with personal supervision and feedback, as well as workshops and courses, for example on handstands, pelvic floor work and breathwork.
Classes can also be taken online as livestreams and videos, and livestreams are broadcast from this studio. You can book and cancel classes in an app for iPhone and Android. Students, pensioners and unemployed people can get a discount. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
