A gym in Copenhagen with a view over Amager Strandpark, part of the SATS chain. There are group classes such as indoor running, boxing, cycling, HIIT, pilates and yoga, as well as personal training, boot camps and body analysis. The centre has a sauna, a steam bath and a café area, and towels can be rented.
You can drop in for a day and pay at reception, and members can train at all the chain's centres in Denmark and the Nordic countries. On the street by the centre there is free parking for four hours with a parking disc between 8 am and 10 pm. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
