This Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar in central Copenhagen serves sushi, sashimi, nigiri, grilled dishes and yakitori, plus sake and wine. The name means Friday in Japanese. Meats are dry-aged in house, and the fish is carefully selected, including Danish yellowtail and dry-aged bluefin tuna. Dishes are made for sharing, with set menus such as Classics and Omakase. Vinyl is played on a custom hi-fi system, and cocktails follow the Japanese seasons.
Tables can be booked online. There are vegetarian dishes, beer and coffee, and live music, plus gift cards and group bookings. The entrance, toilet and seating are wheelchair accessible, but the parking is not.
