Sushi and grilled skewers are the focus at this small restaurant in Copenhagen, the first of the chain. It opened in 1994 in a small basement and was founded by Jens and Kim Rahbek together with Thor Andersen. The menu also includes vegetarian dishes, and beer, wine, cocktails and coffee are served.
You can book a table, order takeaway or have food delivered, and there is terrace seating when the weather allows. Children and dogs are welcome, and children can roll their own hosomaki at Kids'n'Sushi events. A private dining room nearby seats up to 28 guests for dinner. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
