The restaurant is in the Nobis hotel in Copenhagen, in a historic building from 1903 that once housed the Royal Danish Academy of Music. The building was designed by architect Martin Borch, and the interior was created with the Swedish architects Wingårdhs. The cooking draws on all of Europe, with local ingredients and simplicity, and the NOI Symphony tasting menu blends Nordic produce with Italian traditions.
Brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert are served, and cocktails are available at The Marble Bar before dinner. Tables can be reserved, by e-mail or phone for more than eight guests. A private dining room, the Chambre Séparée, seats up to 14, and there is outdoor seating. The entrance, seating and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
