This octagonal windmill in Christianshavn was built in 1669 and is the district's last remaining mill. It is one of only two surviving rampart mills in Copenhagen and was converted to a Dutch windmill in 1783. The house has five floors of rooms, caves, hidden rooms, a wine brewery and a feast hall, furnished in national-romantic style with travel finds from around the world. It holds one MICHELIN star.
Since 2019 the mill has been run by a foundation and offers guided tours for groups and private visitors, booked on the website. It can also be hired for parties and events. There is a toilet, but the entrance and the parking are not wheelchair accessible.
