A restaurant and bar in Copenhagen, opened in autumn 2012 and inspired by New York, with a raw interior, dimmed lighting, an open kitchen and a lively atmosphere. The food is informal and honest: shared plates, oysters and snacks, plus meat, fish and shellfish. It is known for a ten-course sharing menu, and the à la carte menu changes daily with the season. It has a Bib Gourmand in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide.
The bar stays open late on Fridays and Saturdays, with music. There are seats for 80 indoors, 20 in the bar and 80 outdoors. Tables can be booked online, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. There is no takeaway.
