This Japanese-inspired bar and restaurant in the Torvehallerne food market in Copenhagen is in the style of an izakaya (a Japanese pub-style eatery). The kitchen uses produce from Danish farms and markets, and seasonal ingredients are prepared with Japanese techniques. It is part of The Conscious Collective, a Copenhagen hospitality group that also runs Restaurant Ark, Bistro Lupa, Beyla and Funga Farm.
Lunch, dinner and dessert are served, with vegetarian dishes and beer. You can dine in or sit outdoors, but there is no takeaway or delivery. It suits groups, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. There is a toilet and paid parking.
