This restaurant is in Kødbyen, the Meatpacking District in Vesterbro, Copenhagen, in former slaughterhouse premises. Lunch is classic Danish smørrebrød (open sandwiches), and the whole table can order the butcher's lunch menu with pickled herring, Faroese salmon, roast beef and tartare.
