This ice cream bar at Amager Strand serves Italian-style soft serve that you pour yourself from the machines. You choose a cup size and pay by weight. There are six signature flavours, including Nordic vanilla bean, Italian chocolate and salted caramel, and the mango sorbet is dairy-free. Over 50 toppings, both sauces and fresh fruit, are available.
The founder took the idea from a self-serve dessert concept seen in Australia and adapted it to Danish life with a slower, more relaxed feel. You can eat in or take away. There is a toilet, and you can pay by card and mobile. There is free parking and paid street parking.
