This residential property developer and builder has been active since 2003 and develops, builds and sells all types of housing: owner-occupied, cooperative, rental and social housing. It says it builds only homes its own staff would want to live in, and builds more than 500 homes a year in separate trade contracts with fixed subcontractors and consultants. It turned the former wholesale vegetable market in Valby into a district with about 3,000 homes, a central park, daycare institutions, shops and businesses. Other projects include Teglværksøen on Teglholmen, Søkvarteret in Nærheden and Sømærket in Køge.
