The Danish arm of the international project development and construction group develops housing, offices and hotels in Greater Copenhagen. It belongs to the Commercial Development Nordic business unit, with offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo and Helsinki. The group was founded in 1887 in a small town in southern Sweden, has about 26,000 employees and is listed in Stockholm.
In the Copenhagen area it has developed over 1,500 homes and handed over more than 500,000 m² of housing, office and hotel space. Its projects are certified to at least DGNB Gold. The office also offers property sales, leasing and investment, and buys land and property from owners. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
