This burger restaurant is part of a Copenhagen chain and is in Broens Street Food by the harbour. The patties are 100% organic beef, freshly ground on site every day, and the cheese is organic cheddar. The menu also has a vegetarian burger with a patty of fermented fungi and plants, and a sandwich with organic chicken. Burgers are sold until they run out.
