This intimate cocktail bar in central Copenhagen is built around original flavours and hospitality. The cocktails are made from scratch, and spirits, liqueurs, bitters and flavour components are produced in-house and the sister distillery is organic. The menu is made up of original signature cocktails rather than classics, and the team has backgrounds in Michelin-level kitchens, cocktail bars and distillation.
Service is personal table service: you describe your taste, and the team recommends a drink. Experiences can be booked on the website, and groups of more than eight guests contact the manager by e-mail.
