This cocktail bar on Ved Stranden in Copenhagen describes itself as the city's first. It was founded by Kirsten Holm, who trained as a bartender here, and according to the bar it helped put Copenhagen on the international drinks map. The bar calls its approach "new traditionalism": craftsmanship and reinterpretation of classic traditions rather than following trends.
