This cocktail bar is a speakeasy hidden behind the shelves of a former bookstore from 1919. The concept is inspired by the 1920s and 1930s, with dimmed lights, vintage details and jazz, swing and Charleston music. The bar has a collection of vintage bottles from the 1940s to the 1980s, served neat or in classic cocktails made with original ingredients. Restored hand-crank cocktail shakers are still in use.
The bar was founded by a Portuguese bartender with more than two decades of bar and hotel experience. Tables can be reserved on the website, and the bar suits groups. It serves cocktails, beer and wine, and you can pay by card or mobile. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
