This bakery in central Copenhagen bakes cakes, bread and pastries and serves coffee from cooperatives in Rwanda. It makes its own versions of Danish classics such as the Othello layer cake, baked from scratch with marzipan, chocolate and a choice of cream fillings. The bread range is also available fully vegan, and the bakery supplies businesses and hotels.
It takes orders for 20 people or more and sells specialty and wedding cakes in its web shop. There is breakfast and dessert, and you can eat in or take away. The entrance, seating and toilet are not wheelchair accessible.
