This Vietnamese restaurant in Copenhagen bakes fresh baguettes every day for bánh mì, a fusion of French and Vietnamese cooking. The fillings are made from scratch: beef, pork, chicken, tofu or portobello with pepper mayo, chilli sauce, coriander and homemade pickled carrot. The menu also has bò kho (braised beef stew), bún rice noodle salads and hot noodle soups.
Vegan options include tofu and portobello. Drinks include Vietnamese limeade, Vietnamese coffee and organic kombucha; no alcohol is served. You can eat in, take away or sit outside, and pay by card or mobile. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
