This brasserie is part of Comwell Hotel Aarhus in Aarhus City Tower and is open to hotel guests and locals alike. The kitchen is Nordic with a modern twist, inspired by East Jutland's larder, and the menu changes often. There is an open kitchen and HAY furniture, and the mood is youthful, lively and relaxed. Dishes include grilled goat cheese, pan-fried sandar fillet, beef carpaccio and lamb culotte.
A three-course seasonal chef's menu is served Monday to Saturday, and on Sundays you can order the signature menu, optionally with a wine menu. There are Danish beers and a wine list focused on Europe. It seats up to 280 guests, for intimate dinners as well as large parties. Tables are booked by phone.
