This food market in Aarhus has over 30 kitchens and bars serving street food from around the world, including bao, tacos, ramen, curry, burgers and ice cream, plus cocktails, beer and wine. Over 40 nationalities work in the kitchens, and the stalls are let on a non-profit basis, leaving room for good ingredients. It opened in 2016 in the Garagen building.
There are about 1,000 seats indoors and 800 outdoors, and the Grøn Stue room can be booked for groups of six or more. You order and pay by phone and collect when ready. Dogs on a lead are welcome, and there is live music. It is wheelchair accessible, with paid parking behind the building.
