This restaurant in Aarhus is run by two chefs who opened it themselves, and the kitchen is built around open fire. According to the website, 60 to 70 per cent of the dishes pass over the wood and charcoal grill. The menu is small and seasonal, and oysters are a speciality, including grilled oysters with smoked cream and gooseberries.
Food is served as shared dishes and as a multi-course menu chosen by the whole table, and à la carte is also available. The wine list focuses on small producers in Southern Europe. The owners built the interior themselves, including a wine lounge in the basement. Tables can be booked online, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
