This youth culture association was founded in 2016 at Institut for (X) in Aarhus and organises cultural events centred on music and urban genres. It is aimed at people aged 17 to 25 and began with Gadefest at Godsbanen, which drew 10,000 participants in its first year. Today it runs about four festivals and larger outdoor events a year, including Under Gaden beneath the Ringgadebro bridge, BETA in May and Kaleido in June.
The association is based under the Ringgadebro bridge, where it runs the venue Volume Village and the bodega Drivhuset. A small office team and volunteer crews do the work, and you can sign up as a volunteer through the association's website.
