This bakery is in the Pakhusene buildings on Aarhus Ø and sells fresh bread, cakes, pastries, coffee, smørrebrød (Danish open sandwiches), sandwiches and salads. The bakers work overnight and during the day, and the range changes with the seasons. The smørrebrød is made on rye or sourdough bread with homemade dressings. The coffee is organic, and in the coffee club every fifth cup is free.
Smørrebrød and sandwiches can be pre-ordered, as can special cakes and a tapas platter with Danish charcuterie and cheese. Orders are taken by phone, not by text message. Students get a discount with a student card, and business customers can get company discounts. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
