The bakery is in Aarhus's Latin Quarter, just around the corner from the coffee bar's first address. It is divided into three spaces: shop, sourdough production and pastry production, with a clear view between them. The team focuses on craft and good raw materials and builds relationships with millers, farmers and artisans who supply flour, grains and fruit.
Bread and pastries can be pre-ordered online for pickup at the bakery, and coffee is available to take away. For wholesale or larger orders, contact the bakery. You can pay by card and mobile, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
