This shop sells only naturally gluten-free and lactose-free goods without wheat, rye or barley: bread, rolls, pizza bases, burger buns, sausage bread, knæk, cookies and small cakes. Everything is fresh from the oven on opening days, and four industrial freezers hold a large range of frozen items. It began when the owners' daughter was diagnosed with coeliac disease in 2010, and the aim is gluten-free bread with fibre and whole grains that tastes like wheat bread.
Goods can be taken away, and you can pay by card or mobile. There is also a webshop and a shop in Vejle. The parking is not wheelchair accessible.
