This specialist shop in Odense city centre focuses on wines from small, carefully chosen producers. It was founded in March 2021 by two co-owners with about 20 years of combined experience in the trade. Much of the range is imported directly from European producers, many organic or biodynamic, and some bottles are natural wines. The selection spans Burgundy, Champagne and Piedmont to Mosel, Priorat, Tuscany, Loire and Rhône, and there are also beer, spirits and chocolate. Bottles are chosen by tasting samples, not from a chain assortment.
The store of more than 250 m2 has a tasting room for tastings and events. A separate cellar range of rare bottles is sold first come, first served and is typically announced on Instagram.
