This brewery in Odense is named after H.C. Andersen and sells its own beers in a series of nine, each with a story linked to his fairy tales. It also runs BrygEvent, where guests brew their own beer or cider from over 100 recipes and can taste 28 varieties on tap. A session is for three people and takes about 2.5 hours with brewmasters on hand. About 14 days later the beer is bottled or canned with a custom label.
The beers are sold in selected shops and restaurants and at the brewery itself. You can eat on site and reserve a table, but there is no delivery. The Brewer's Café serves grilled sausages and currywurst plus beer by the glass on Fridays. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
