This parish church was consecrated in 1961 and is the city's only hexagonal one. The parish was created in 1953 for a growing area, and before the building went up residents used the small mission house Tabor. It is a road church, one of 159 Danish churches open at set times during the day and usable as a place of personal prayer.
The building is closed while the roof is renovated, and services are held in the parish hall. The parish offers lectures and family services for all ages. The entrance, parking and toilet are wheelchair accessible.
