This burger chain was founded in Denmark, and its first restaurant in Odense opened in 1996. It makes flame-grilled burgers with Hereford beef and chicken burgers made from breast fillet, and the chain bakes its own focaccia in a stone oven. The menu also has sandwiches, pommes frites with a signature spice blend, milkshakes, a children's menu and meat-free products.
