This confectionery in Dalum, Odense, is run by a single baker who is self-taught and spent about two years at a French confectionery in Berlin. It occupies premises that used to house a bakery. Cakes are made to order for birthdays, jubilees and student celebrations, and wedding cakes have no fixed flavour list, so flavours, textures and design are chosen together with the baker. Cakes with logos or text are also made for companies. Items shown include Paris-Brest with pistachio cream, éclair, lemon tart and macaron tart.
Cakes can be ordered on the website and collected. Check the order at pickup, as the shop is not responsible for damage once the cake has left it. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
