This brewery in Ørbæk on east Funen was established in 1906 and is known for its stakitøl, made from smoked malt from its own malting house. It has been owned by two brothers since 1997, and beer production restarted in 2001. The old brewhouse is preserved, with a new one built alongside. All products are organic, and surplus CO₂ from brewing is reused as the bubbles in its soft drinks. The range includes pilsner, weissbier, IPA, brown ale, stout, bock, alcohol-free beer and Easter and Christmas brews.
Beer tastings can be booked for private groups and companies and tailored to their wishes. The farm shop sells soft drinks, beer and specialities from a local distillery. There is wheelchair accessible parking, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
