This craft brewery was founded in 2015 by five friends who had worked as bartenders in Copenhagen's craft-beer scene. Since 2020 it has been based in a 1,000 m² warehouse. The beers are mostly hop-forward: New England IPAs, Double IPAs, sours, darker ales and organic beers. It has its own tasting room and shop beside production, and also runs a bar in Copenhagen's Nordvest district.
The tasting room and shop are open to visitors on Fridays. Each year the brewery holds Great Doink Day, with new variants of Big Doink, live music and street food. Beer subscription boxes are available, and the web shop ships within the EU. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
