This gym is part of a chain with many centres in Denmark. It has fitness machines, free weights, a cycling room with large screens and virtual cycling, and a body tracker that measures muscle mass, body fat and body age. A separate reformer studio is available for an extra monthly fee.
Access is by membership via an app, and there is a training buddy option. The class timetable is online. There is free parking with a parking disc in front of the centre and at the neighbouring Lidl. It can be busy in the late afternoon. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
