This brewery makes its own beer and was founded in 2005 in a former butcher's shop in Brobyværk. Since 2013 the brewing and production have been in Årslev. There is a fixed range of 16 beers plus 6 Christmas beers, and one-off brews as well. Well-known beers include Imperial Stout, Chili Tripel and Barley Wine, and several have won awards.
Beer tastings mix stand-up comedy with beer. On Thursdays and Fridays, beer is sold from the warehouse at the brewery, and orders can be placed in the webshop with delivery in Denmark. Draught beer is also sold. The entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible, and cards and mobile payments are accepted.
