This boutique studio for yoga and pilates is in Vesterbro, Copenhagen. It occupies about 900 m² on the 7th floor, with views over the city's rooftops. Classes include Reformer Pilates, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Yin, Hot Yin Yang, Hot Pilates, Mat Pilates and Pilates Sculpt. Hot classes are held in a room heated with infrared heat, and Reformer Pilates has its own room.
There is a large changing room with showers, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hair dryers provided, and a lounge where you can have tea and meet other members. New members get help getting started. An elevator serves the 7th floor, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
