This studio in Copenhagen offers infrared hot yoga, non-heated classes, meditation and Vibro Yoga for all levels. The hot room can be set between 30 and 38 degrees with about 65 per cent humidity. Classes run every day, and the studio has been active since 2014. It also runs a 200-hour teacher training (Yoga Alliance RYT-200) in 4, 8 or 18-week formats.
The studio is by Christianshavn Metro station and has changing rooms and bathing facilities. Booking and payment are online, and some classes can be followed online. There is a flexible membership where you choose the number of classes, and an unlimited one with mat storage, towels and laundry. The entrance and parking are not wheelchair accessible.
