This centre belongs to a Copenhagen chain of seven centres for functional fitness, martial arts and personal training. Training includes boxing, Thai boxing and BJJ, and there are Hyrox classes, a weightlifting area and a yoga room. Equipment comes from brands such as Gym80, Crossmaxx, StarTrac and Concept2. The club has roots in a bodybuilding centre from the early 1970s.
Membership gives access to several centres and classes around the city, and a trial session can be booked on the website. There is a sauna, a women's changing room with hair dryers and a seating area for tea or coffee. Entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible.
