This gym in Nørrebro is next to Lygten station and has four floors of training facilities and three group-class studios. There is a large cardio area, machines, a functional area and a separate area with free weights and cables. Classes include Bike, Step, Dance and Yoga, and a class in a studio heated to 37 degrees with infrared heat. The chain is Denmark's largest gym chain, and personal training is offered with a free, non-binding conversation.
Members can book and cancel classes in an app. Reception is staffed only at certain times. There is two hours of free parking after registering a number plate on weekdays after 4 pm and at weekends. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but there is wheelchair-accessible parking and a toilet.
