This gym in Tietgens Have belongs to a chain with seven centres in Copenhagen offering functional fitness, martial arts such as boxing, Thai boxing and BJJ, and personal training. Membership gives access to several locations and classes, and Hyrox classes are offered. Equipment comes from brands including Gym80, Crossmaxx, StarTrac and Concept2, and there is an AirRunner.
The centre has a sauna, a women's changing room with hair dryers and hair accessories, and a seating area for tea or coffee. A trial session can be booked on the website. The chain traces its roots to a bodybuilding centre from the early 1970s.
