This public indoor swimming pool is run by the City of Copenhagen. The main pool is 25 metres long with six lanes and a depth of 1.2 to 3.8 metres, and the water is 26.5 degrees. The teaching pool measures 10 by 6 metres, is 0.9 metres deep and has 27.5-degree water with a bubble zone and massage jets. There is also a children's and play pool at 70 centimetres deep, and diving boards at 1 and 3 metres.
There are saunas in the women's and men's sections, a shared sauna and an infrared sauna. The changing rooms have lockers with code locks, opened with a wristband. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and a personal lift handles the level change to both pools. Tickets can be bought online, and the website is available in Danish and English.
