This Japanese restaurant in Vesterbro, Copenhagen, serves hand-made sushi such as nigiri, uramaki, futomaki and hosomaki, creative signature rolls like Sparkling Salmon, Dragon Mango and Rainbow, and hot dishes. The menu has over 50 dishes, including rice paper rolls, poke bowls, gyoza, tempura, karaage, bao, donburi and yakisoba.
You can eat in, take away or have it delivered, and there is an all-you-can-eat format where you order on an iPad at the table, in as many rounds as you like. These sessions are booked in advance. There is a children's menu, and it is open seven days a week. Card and mobile payments are accepted.
