This microbrewery, bar and restaurant is in a 17th-century building in Copenhagen, inside the old city ramparts and close to City Hall Square. The concept is called Det Nye Danske Ølkøkken, the new Danish beer kitchen: beer is brewed on site and the food is made from scratch with seasonal ingredients. There are brewery tours with tasting, mainly for groups of more than 10, and a courtyard.
The evening menu is served 5 pm to 10 pm, and there are also lunch, snacks and a wine list. Groups of 10 or more choose the same menu, and vegetarian and allergy needs are catered for. For julefrokost, the traditional Christmas lunch, early booking is recommended. There is no takeaway or delivery, and dogs are not allowed.
