This place in Carlsberg Byen belongs to a specialty roaster that buys directly from farmers and pays well above market prices. The roastery works daily and supplies its own cafés, subscribers, webshop and wholesale customers. Collective Bakery, which opened in 2021, bakes fresh pastries and cakes for all the chain's outlets, and the chain has eight in Copenhagen.
There is coffee, dessert and takeaway, with seating indoors and outdoors. The entrance and seating are wheelchair accessible, and there is a toilet. Tables cannot be reserved, and cards and mobile payments are accepted. The chain also offers courses and tastings.
