This jeweller was founded in November 1834 by Peter Hertz and has stayed in the family for six generations. It holds the title Kgl. Hofjuvelerer (Royal Court Jeweller), granted in 1906, and the shop has stood on the corner of Kronprinsensgade in Copenhagen since 1841. Its own goldsmith workshop designs and makes the pieces, and the collections include Harlekin, Cassiopeia and Olympia.
Custom pieces such as wedding and engagement rings can be made, and heirloom jewellery can be remade into new pieces. The shop offers personal guidance, free insured shipping and click-and-collect. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
