This hot dog stand began as a sausage cart in 1965 and later moved to a white shed on Nørrebro. It is known for Børge med Krudt, its signature sausage with a strong dip called Krudt, whose recipe is secret, as well as pork roast sandwiches and frikadeller, Danish meatballs. The sausages come with ketchup, mustard and raw onion. The Børge sausage was invented for prisoners' portions and named after a prison officer.
You can eat on the spot or take food away, and reservations are possible. Card and mobile payments are accepted. The place is not wheelchair accessible, and dogs are not allowed. The mobile sausage cart can be booked for parties and events.
