This hot dog stand opened on Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen in 2017 and now runs several carts around the city. The sausages are produced specially by a butcher and served in bread with psyllium seeds. The cucumber relish, remoulade, chilli remoulade and chilli ketchup are made in-house.
You can eat on the spot or take away, and there is kerbside pickup, but no delivery. It is child-friendly, serves beer and can be hired for events. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
