This site is made up of historic barns in Jernbanebyen in Sydhavn, Copenhagen, between railway tracks and wild nature, and is described as Copenhagen's green oasis. There are several places to eat, a bar, a coffee bar and outdoor seating, and all year round it hosts markets, street food, bingo, long-table dinners and concerts. The bakery and restaurant Perron serves sourdough bread, organic brunch, lunch and pizza.
The barns can be hired for weddings, company parties and Christmas lunches, with organic catering and their own bar. The area is child-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with an accessible toilet. Dogs are allowed on a lead outdoors. There is no parking on site; it is about ten minutes on foot from Enghave Plads and Carlsberg Station.
