This café and antique bookshop in central Copenhagen has been part of the city since 1895 and describes itself as a place for books, coffee and conversation. The menu has breakfast until 2 pm, brunch with a separate vegetarian version, lunch until 4 pm, salads, burgers, steak, salmon, a vegan chickpea curry and a children's menu. There are organic soft drinks and juices and freshly pressed orange juice. The tea comes from A.C. Perch's Thehandel.
You can eat in, take food away or sit outside. There is beer, wine and cocktails, and sandwiches can be made with gluten-free bread. Cards and mobile payments are accepted. The seating is wheelchair accessible, but the parking is not, and dogs are not allowed.
