This cafe in central Copenhagen is run by a Canadian-Danish couple who opened it in 2022. The coffee is roasted by Impact Roasters in Copenhagen and sourced through a trade model with small-scale Ethiopian farmers. There are iced matcha drinks with syrup options and a choice of oat or organic cow's milk. It aims to be a relaxed, authentic respite from the city streets.
The cafe sells work by about ten local artists, handcrafted wooden birds, and honey and flower seeds from Bybi. It hosts workshops and events for students and internationals. Breakfast and lunch are served, with vegetarian dishes. There is outdoor seating, and dogs are allowed. Cards and mobile payments are accepted.
